30 Days Returns Policy
We operate a 30 days return policy. You are responsible for the delivery charges of the return. The items will have to be sent back complete, in their original package. We will not take and pay back any item that will be sent back incomplete, damaged, broken, or soiled.
Item(s) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days, starting from the day your item was dispatched. Please include a note stating your order number and reason for your return
If you changed your mind about the buy please proceed to do the following:
- Contact our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will then check your order and confirm a return.
We will provide you a warehouse address for our returns.
Please note, do not send the returns to our office address. Only send the returns to a designated warehouse address we provide.
- You need to Pack the items properly in the original box that was sent or similar.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned scooter. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account, within 24 hours. It may take few working days to show in your bank account
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
